Graceburn Bistro successfully kicked-off on March 23rd.
Mac created ‘Graceburn’ his urban cellar door come wine bar in the town of Healesville with a view of sharing both some of his own wines, as well as a selection from many of the producers he respects from around the Yarra Valley and the world. Graceburn is WineRoom and Cellar Door is open for tastings from Thursday-Monday from 11am.
From 6pm on both Friday and Saturday nights, the space is transformed into the Graceburn Bistro.
Canadian-born chef – and now Healesville local – Erik Koel will brings his love of seasonally-led, unpretentious dishes to Graceburn Bistro’s simple, one-page menu. Showcasing the best local produce, and featuring a handful of dishes made for sharing, the bistro’s focus is on good, honest and incredibly-tasty food.
Naturally, Mac’s award-winning wines are front-and-centre and guests will also be able to enjoy drops from our ‘Friends List’ which features bottles from other local and international producers.
Graceburn Bistro comfortably seats up to 30 guests including a central high table for sharing or larger groups.
