Keep up to date with where to taste our latest wines and what events to find us at. We offer tastings at the winery by appointment only, so feel free to get in touch.

Occasionally we throw BBQs and in the peak of harvest, you’re invited to taste fruit coming in, ferments, and pressed grapes straight from the press.

Please contact sales@macforbes.com to arrange a private tasting and to stay in the loop, make sure you’re a subscriber to our mailing list and you follow us on Instagram @mac_forbes_wines

We will endeavour to accommodate last minute enquiries, but we strongly advise to book in advance as we don’t have an official cellar door.

PAST – Long Lunch at Tonka

Celebrate Tonka’s 10th anniversary with co-owner Mykal Bartholomew and our Mac Forbes, who are putting on a very special seven-course lunch. The lunch will kick off with Martinis and conclude with Negronis. Between those bookends, there’ll be generous share plates of tandoori lamb shoulder, butterflied chicken, oysters, smoked pickled mussels, snacky pani puri, rabbit skewers and turbot escabeche by talented young chef Chanon Boriharnvanakhet.

In addition to jugs of fresh young wines on the table, Forbes has selected matched wines – five, all up – for each dish. On the day he and Bartholomew will banter and swap war stories about their respective industries. Don’t miss this one.
