This year we are releasing the hotly anticipated 2019 Yarra Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (with our syrah all destined for our Healesville Syrah, to be released later this year).
The 2019 wines are stunning in their infancy with both wines destined to have a long long journey ahead. Small yields in a dry season has resulted in well structured wines with fruit depth and purity rarely seen.
2019 Yarra Valley Chardonnay: Chardonnay yields in the 2019 vintage were low, but fruit quality was exceptional. Our 2019 Yarra Valley chardonnay is vibrant and versatile, driven by fresh citrus with a core of crunchy stone fruits. Perfectly paired with a picnic in the park with friends.
2019 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir: What a great vintage for pinot! A long dry summer meant tiny berries packed full of flavour, and with a deep colour, heady florals and a dark, bold fruit profile, our 2019 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir punches well above its weight. Think bramble, black cherry and spice.
